We have updated our ID Verification Partner to Thirdfort from Veriphy. You may have received notification in your letter of instruction that your ID check would be completed through Veriphy.
Unless you have already received communication from Veriphy inviting you to complete your Identity check it will now be completed through Thirdfort.

If you have already completed the paper Client details form and returned it to us there is nothing you need to do until a text arrives from Thirdfort. Please see this article on Electronic ID checks for more information on the process you will need to complete, step 2 onwards will be relevant to you.

If you have not yet returned your instructions pack, please complete the client details form and submit it alongside your Letter of instruction and Terms of Business.
