Sam has recently qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer through The Council of Licensed Conveyancers. This body sets and regulates a standard for Property & Probate Lawyers.

Before completing her CLC qualification Sam was a Conveyancing Practitioner through CILEx for 4 years, but she has over ten years’ experience working within conveyancing having started off in more administrative roles she has been running her own files for the past six years. Sam works between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.
