Louise is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives and head of our Private Client Department.

Louise specialises in Wills & Probate matters and is a fully accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). Louise also advises on Trusts, Inheritance Tax, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. She is available at all offices, but predominantly works at the Hayle and Redruth offices.

Louise has over 15 years' experience in private client work, specialising in wills and probate. She has a particular interest in older client care and is a volunteer for Age UK. Louise has been working in this area since qualifying in 2006 and has helped thousands of families and individuals.
