We are always delighted to receive compliments and thanks. We are also delighted to receive suggestions as to how we can improve.

If you have a complaint or question, please first approach the person with whom you have been dealing at the office. If that does not satisfy your concern then ask to speak with either the head of department or else with Mr Morrison. We have a formal complaints procedure but usually matters can be settled informally.
