We conduct only a limited range of litigation other than
that relating to Divorce and Children or disputed
Wills or Probate matters. We conduct Landlord
& Tenant litigation and will also assist with some
Contract or Land claims, including defending claims
in excess of £5,000. However, many situations apparently heading
to the Court can be settled by quick and careful negotiation. We can often advise and
correspond on your behalf with a view to avoiding
the need for litigation. Otherwise we can help
