With Inheritance Tax at 40%, careful consideration of your assets and
how you wish them to be distributed and the best way of making that
distribution can save large sum of money.
Home visits can be arranged, although in some cases a charge will be
made.
Legal Aid
is available for Wills in limited
circumstances e.g. financially eligible single parents wanting to
appoint guardians of infant children.
