Barbara Moran
Barbara joined the
firm as Practice Manager in September 2005 after relocating to Cornwall
from Manchester. After gaining degree in Accounting and Finance at
Manchester Metropolitan University she moved into the accounts
department at Manchester firm, where she steadily worked her way up the
ladder whilst gaining her professional Management Accountant
qualifications, attaining the role Finance Manager.
Here at Thurstan Hoskin Solicitors Barbara is responsible for the
smooth(?) running of the office and is not only responsible for the
finance and cashiering but also has a hand in management such as
personnel, marketing and facilities.
Relocating to Cornwall was obviously a complete change of lifestyle but
the quality of life was the main attraction especially with a young son,
when not working or racing round after Jacob, she enjoys jogging and the
beaches (swimming in the summer and walking on in the winter).
