Alan Gates
Alan is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal
Executives and is the Head of the Wills Probate & Trust Department.
He joined the firm in 2004 from a larger city-based firm.
Alan specialises in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning.
He also advises in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of
Protection matters.
When he is not working, Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and
family, reading, cycling and contemplating the thrills of kite surfing.
