We conduct a range of civil litigation other than that relating to
Divorce and Children or disputed Wills or Probate matters.
The
only such work that we conduct under the Legal Aid Scheme is the Trusts
and Land Act scheme. This relates to persons who may be able
to establish a right to a share in a property which is not in their name
and who for Legal Aid purposes is treated as a Family matter.
We conduct:

Private Limited Company shareholder disputes

Boundary disputes or
other interferences with your rights including defending claims in

Many situations apparently heading to the Court can be settled by quick
and careful negotiation. We can often advise and correspond on
your behalf with a view to avoiding the need for litigation. If
proceedings are unavoidable then we will conduct these for you. We
find it best to prepare fully for them and then pursue them
energetically but without ceasing to seek other cheaper and quick
solutions.
In very specialised areas of law (eg. patent disputes) we can help you
find a suitable specialist solicitor.
A 30 minute interview at which we can advise you generally on your
situation is available at £75.00 plus VAT.
