The breakdown of marriages and other close relationships can be very
stressful and lead to many difficulties for adults and children.
We can provide specialist help and advice on all
family related issues including representation in
all Family Court proceedings.
As a result of a continuing increase in the volume of work we have
expanded this department.
Mr David Appleby is the head of the department. He is a solicitor
who has a number of years experience in dealing with family matters.
We conduct work on a Private or
Legal Aid basis and have considerable experience in all areas
of Family Law including those cases in which the
assets are substantial.
We offer an initial free 30 minute appointment if you are not eligible
for legal help. You can discuss your problems with us informally and in
complete confidence. We will provide general advice on solutions, costs
and time scale without commitment, so that you can decide what action we
can best take for you.
